Steps to preparing your voting session:

​

1. Fill the Inquiry Form or send us an Email mentioning Voting Keypads Number, Location & Dates.

2. Receive a formal quotation for your approval.

3. Upon Approval share with us your PowerPoint Presentation with all the Q&A required for polling(voting). Mark out the correct answers if any and mention if you require any countdown timers.

4. We will return your presentation with integrated polling slides for your review. (Please note that you get unlimited revisions)

5. If you have not hired Stage Technology for your Audio Visual requirements then you will need to organize with your Venue or Audio Visual supplier to prepare a computer video input connection in order for us to be able to connect our laptop to venue display screen.

6. On day of event our voting system admin will setup the voting system & distribute voting keypads to audience.

7. Voting system admin will run the polling slides and collect responses and display results accordingly.

8. Upon completion our Admin will share exported Results Excel Sheet with Client.
